Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care on 00971553613546 or email on sales@zoulfitness.com  immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
For customised orders, cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.

Return Policy

If the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by Zoul Fitness for a prompt refund or exchange on conditional circumstances*.

*Refunds for items returned within 7 days from delivery date will be credited in full amount (excluding shipment charges) in the same form as the original paymemt types.

*Any claims for damage order or missing item must be received within 3 business days from the delivery date of the package .

Return Exceptions

In case following conditions are not met Zoulfitness reserves the right to refuse the return.

  1. The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase 
  2. Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  3. The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage 
  4. Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc. 
  5. Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Before returning package you need to contact Zoulfitness to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed on a website or e-mail sales@zoulfitness.com 
  6. Return package must include copying the original invoice or sale receipt 

Shipping charges

  1. If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. 
  2. Shipment and pickup charges to be borne by the customer
  3. In case of transit damaged it is advised that customer does not accept the material from Courier delivery boy and mentioned reason as “Package in Damaged Condition”

How Long would it take for Refund or Exchange shipment? 

  1. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.

Cancellations Policy:

a. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. 

b. We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. c. If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
